RESPONSIBILITIES- Design, develop and train machine learning models using Google's AI stack, including AI Agent Studio, Gemini and Vertex AI- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create AI solutions like a Sales team assistant for client call summarization and a document base analyzer for tracking changes in products or strategies- Seamlessly integrate trained machine learning models into our current toolset- Write and maintain clean, efficient code in Python and ideally Java to support model integration and deployment- Evaluate and enhance the performance of deployed models continuously, adapting to the changing needs of the business- Stay abreast of latest AI/ML technologies and methodologies to foster innovation within the team**REQUIREMENTS**:- 3+ years of experience in ML/AI Engineering- Proven experience in training and deploying machine learning models using Google's AI stack (AI Agent Studio, Gemini, Vertex AI)- Programming proficiency in Python- Background in integrating ML models into existing software environments and toolsets- Excellent problem-solving skills- Strong capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams- Effective communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersNICE TO HAVE- Experience in Java- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science,
