- Supervise rig personnel and coordinate with other departments.
- Develop and implement operational plans to meet company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor and control rig budgets and costs.
- Handle any operational issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
**Requirements**:- **Education**: Engineer / B.Sc.degree.
- **Experience**: Minimum 15 years in the drilling field, with at least 2 years in a similar role.




- Strong knowledge of onshore/offshore rig operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
