**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:- Partner with business leaders, Change Champion, and operations teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide support to senior PM with actionable insights to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiencies.
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish- Strong understanding of the Latin American market and and ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
