Responsibilities - Manage the distribution partner marketplace program - Update NBO's in CLV as needed - Manage the New Product Introduction process including coordinating with CSR's - Analyze and Send Part Change Notices to distributor partners - Manage CLV quote approval entries as needed - Analyze and manage the process of updating the status in the master cost book - Assist with Lead tracking/updates as needed via the Sales Support Helpdesk - Assist with customer support inquiries via the Engineering Support Helpdesk - Sample program management and coordination with the sample program team - Perform customer/distributor-facing duties as needed - Serve as back-up support (cross-trained) for our pricing help desk and registration help desk Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales and marketing, or similar discipline - At least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience - Strong MS Excel skills is a must (intermediate to advance) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work - Good phone and email etiquette - Willingness and ability to travel as needed
