**Automotive Plant in Apodaca**:**We are looking for a Production Supervisor****Education: Industrial Engineer, IMA, IE, IM, or related.
****Main responsibilities and knowledge**:- Compliance with established weekly production schedules.
- Management of unionized operative personnel in charge (Management of pre-payroll, zero incidents, adherence to standards, assignment of activities, shifts, training).
- Management of production indicators, hour by hour follow-up, scrap, safety, quality, payroll, absenteeism, rotation, etc.- Continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, among others).
**Essential**:- 3 years of experience as Production Supervisor in AUTOMOTIVE.
- Experience in lATF.
- Availability to rotate shifts- Experience in Metal mechanical, automotive plants (non-food, plastic, among others).
- Handling of excel (intermediate).




**Salary offer**:Up to $37,000 mxn monthly gross plus superior benefits.Benefits of law and also superior benefits.
**Schedule**: Rotating from Monday to Saturday.
