**Detailed Description**- Review, verify and process invoices for payment, verifying that the amount is correct and that official referrals adhere to established regulations.
- Maintain timely, accurate and complete supplier records.
- Follow up with the corresponding departments to obtain documentation and support, including authorizations for transactions that have not been reported.
- Properly classify accounting documents according to existing cost centers.
