ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the identification and documentation of customer's NetSuite value gaps using our proprietary SuiteReview methodologyParticipate in driving the approach to remediate gaps, and build consensus with the Customer on the sameWork with customers to remediate highest priority gapsArchitect solutions for complex business requirements, which may include configuration and/or integration and/or technical components, in partnership with our dedicated Technical Services (TS)



teamDefine detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuiteWork with TS team to design and unit test automations and integrationsPerform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team membersContinue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certificationsCollaborate with other ACS teams, including Technical, Product, Sales, Horizontal (NSAW, NSPP, etc)Follow essential internal business processes aligned toward delighting our CustomersPreferred Qualifications6+ years of overall relevant domain experience in one or more of NetSuite's core vertical marketsStrong NetSuite ERP experience2+ years external consulting role experience with sustained C-suite interactionsExperience with defining requirements for complex customizations and integrationsProven custom development analysis, design, and testing skillsStrong communication skillsKnowledge and experience with SuiteProjects, Advanced Revenue, SuiteBilling and other advanced accounting processesAbility to evolve Customer business processes based on leading practicesPassion for driving Customer satisfactionProject and/or team leadership experienceFinance and/or Accounting professional and/or academic background a plusNetSuite ERP Consultant or other relevant product certifications a plusAbility to use a team of people with a broad range of functional, process, organizational change, and technical skillsAbility to synthesize information into a coherent story, strategic vision, and implementation roadmapTravel Requirement: Modest to moderate, as appropriate#J-*****-Ljbffr
