**Requirements**:- 5 years of minimum experience in this position or similar preferably in the automotive industry- Bachelor's degree completed and certified (preferably in business, marketing, finance, or related fields).
- Master's degree (Desirable)- English (Intermediate / Advance)- Experience in accessories commercialization.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial areas and administration- Projects development experience- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Results-oriented, with a strong commitment to goal achievement- Good communication skills- Strong analytical or financial acumen.
