**Position Description****Key Competencies Required to be Successful as an Operations Lead**- Maintain and organize warehouse allocations and shelving for optimal operational efficiency; rotate inventory based as per shelf life ensuring an optimal inventory management.
- Inspect products for defects and damages.
- Collaborate with the management team to provide regular updates and promptly communicate any issues; provide solutions to resolve discrepancies and fulfill customer orders.
- Support on new projects and enabled to support PASS programs.
- Onboard and ensure new employees receive the appropriate training to effectively perform job duties; set performance goals, evaluate employee performance, and provide feedback.
- Other job duties as assigned.
**Education/Certification/Licenses**- High School diploma is required, Bachelor degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years previous warehouse experience.




- Computer - Office Package - Proficient.ERP knowledge is a plus.
