We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a** Functional Test Lead****What you'll do**Manage and Improve SAP Technical Projects processesAnalyze plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projectsCreate end to end technical project plans for technical activities like Refreshes Upgrades Patching in the overall landscapePartner up with technical teams to attend technology requirements in the project (new technical tools implementations environment/landscape activities like builds and refreshes)**Responsibilities**Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestonesHold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projectsDetermine and define clear deliverables roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiativesEnsure stakeholder alignment on any impactful activity in Technology spaceManage the Technology Maintenance windows seeking for flawless execution and communicating status properly to stakeholdersMasters degree in Project Management or related technical field required5+ years of experience working in Global SAP implementation Projects as Technical PM or Project Lead3+ year of experience as Basis AdminProfessional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferredDemonstrated understanding of Project Management processes strategies and methodsDemonstrated understanding of SAP Architecture and Components comprehending its importance to the businessExperience mentoring coaching and developing rising talent in the technology departmentExcellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for othersStrong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teamsExperience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentalityAbility to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles1.
7+ years as SAP BASIS with Experience with proven Knowledge and experience support SAP System builds and refreshes2.
