Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders - Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)Proficient in Excel: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Dynamic Arrays (e.g., FILTER, SORT), and IFERROR for efficient data analysis.Experienced with Power Query and Power Pivot for data transformation and modeling.Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and What-If tools.Macros and basic VBA scripting.
