We are looking for a P2P associate who will be responsible for PR / PO Procurement for LATAM.The resource needs to have good communications skills in English language and should be a good professional with knowledge of Ariba.Minimum Experience, Education, and Certifications- Graduation in Commerce / Finance.
- 1+ year of relevant experienceTechnical Skill- Basic knowledge of relevant accounting principles- Problem-resolving skills and should be a team player- Working knowledge of Ariba, MS Office and SAPSoft Skills- Knowledge of basic P2P cycle- Good communication skills (written and oral) in English and Spanish- Team PlayerJob ResponsibilitiesProcess Purchase requisitions as part of PR/PO Team.Ensure Processing and completing activity assigned with All Green SLAsEnsure 100% accuracy in terms of processing.Data tracking whether manually or in system needs to be captured timely.Timely response of queries to the concerned partiesTaking care of all Audit requests on a timely basis leaving no scope for fall outs and escalations.
