**Position**: Business Process Analyst***:**What You'll Be Doing**:- Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives.
- Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.
- Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
- Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
- May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
- Communicates team progress.
**What We're Looking For**:- Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2-4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.
- Project management experience.
