**ABOUT THIS ROLE**The **QA Coach** plays a key role in ensuring quality standards are met and continuously improved within the team.This position focuses on evaluating performance, providing constructive feedback, and coaching team members to enhance service quality and compliance.
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Conduct regular evaluations of customer interactions to assess adherence to quality standards and company policies.
- Identify areas of improvement and ensure consistency in quality performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and feedback provided.
- Provide feedback sessions to help teams enhance their communication, problem-solving, and compliance skills.
- Develop action plans for underperforming teams and track progress over time.
- Offer guidance on best practices for customer interactions and service excellence.
- Analyze quality trends and generate reports to provide insights into team performance.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving quality metrics.




- Identify gaps in processes and work with leadership to implement necessary improvements.
- Work closely with supervisors, trainers, and managers to align quality objectives with business goals.
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Training, or Coaching within a customer service or operations environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver constructive feedback effectively.
- Proficiency in using QA tools, reporting software, and customer interaction platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
