Opening: Technical Lead Power Platform (Female Preferred)**Location**:Mexico City (Hybrid)**Type**: Full Time PermanentKey Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end solution development on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Guide and mentor, a team of developers, ensuring best practices and code quality.
- Conduct code reviews and provide hands-on support in complex development scenarios.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using APIs, connectors, and custom plugins.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and solution diagrams.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features, capabilities, and industry trends.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




- 7+ years of overall experience in IT with at least 4+ years hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proven experience in designing and developing complex Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports.
- Strong understanding of Data verse, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a proven ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of solution architecture, security models, and governance in Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for CI/CD in Power Platform.Preferred Qualifications:- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600).
- Experience integrating with Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, or third-party systems.
- Background in.NET, JavaScript, or SQL is a plus.
