General Manager Assistant, Worldwide Operations

Job Requirements
Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
Work 48 hours/week, and overtime as required
Work a versátil schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Key Job Responsibilities
Photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangements.
Creating presentations using graphics.
Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, planning events, and coordinating meetings and events for our Fulfillment Center.
Leading Daily Operational meetings as needed and documenting follow‐up actions.
Curating key documents for the Site.
Qualifications
2+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience




High school or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Are 18 years of age or older
2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 2+ years of executive assistant experience
2+ years of experience managing travel reservations.
Experience with end‐to‐end project management
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost reports
Experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or equivalent
Management of fixed budgets for office administration, on‐site events, meetings.
