**What you will do**:Execute daily Import and Export operations for the assigned plant with a focus on Customs Compliance**How you will do it**:- Control the arrival of materials to the warehouse of the Customs Agent abroad- Validation of commercial documents- Reconciliation of arrived components vs. documents- Preparation of customs documents- Provide technical information obtained from other departments for the correct tariff classification of goods and/or request special import permits- Point of contact between the Customs Agent and the service plant- Follow-up of the customs clearance process, from loading, crossing, and arrival- Validation of import and export declarations, as well as their reconciliation and upload into the Annex 24 system- Management of the customs system (Annex 24)- KPIs with Customs Agents- Review of Expense Accounts**What we look for**:Required- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Sense of urgency.
- Multi-task- Problem-solving skills.
- English 80%- Proactive**Preferred**:- SAP- Vastera- Knowledge of R8 and Procedures in VUCEM- SAT- Interpretation of Bill of Materials
