About the role: The HR Lead (for U.S employees) will serve as the primary Human Resources leader, partnering closely with leadership to build and execute people strategies that support organizational growth while preserving the company's mission of delivering compassionate, patient-centered healthcare.
This role is responsible for leading all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, onboarding, HR operations, policy development, and organizational development.
The HR Lead will create scalable HR processes, strengthen company culture, and ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state employment laws while providing exceptional support to employees and leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:



Human Resources Leadership Serve as the trusted HR partner to leadership, providing guidance on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
Build scalable HR infrastructure to support organizational growth.
Lead HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, culture, and performance.
Talent Acquisition Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical positions.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals and administrative talent.
Coordinate job postings, applicant screening, interviews, background checks, and offer processes.
Partner with department leaders to identify hiring needs and workforce planning initiatives.
Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
