**What will you do?
**- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Accountant to join our manufacturing team.
- The Cost Accountant will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on cost-related data, ensuring accurate allocation costs, and supporting financial decision-making processes.
- This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost accounting principles.
**How will you do it?
****Cost Analysis**: Analyze manufacturing costs, including labor, materials, and overhead, to determine cost efficiency and identify areas for cost reduction.
**Budgeting**: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights into cost trends and variances.
**Inventory Management**: Monitor and reconcile inventory levels, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting.
**Cost Allocation**: Allocate costs to products and departments, ensuring accurate cost tracking and reporting.
**Financial Reporting**: Prepare and present cost reports, including variance analysis, to management for decision-making purposes.
**Process Improvement**:



Identify and implement process improvements to enhance cost efficiency and accuracy.
**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
**What are we looking for?
****Education**: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
**Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
**Skills**: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software (SAP), and advanced Excel skills.
**Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of cost accounting principles, manufacturing processes, and inventory management.
**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
**Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
