**Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- ** Financial Consolidations**: Lead the consolidation process for a robust financial hierarchy, coordinating storytelling and providing cost insights to internal stakeholders at varying levels within the organization.
- ** Reporting**: Develop reporting packages to support our IT Finance team in driving consistency and in preparing financial reports on a specific cadence, enabling them to provide insights for IT leadership presentations.
- ** Analysis**: Aid in identifying opportunities for efficiencies and spend reductions based on headcount, contractor, and overall trend analysis.Support annual allocation calculation and operational calendar creation.
- ** Process Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
- ** Collaboration**: Work across the IT Finance organization; along with working closely with other departments including accounting, treasury, and operations, to gather necessary information and ensure alignment.
- ** Leadership**:



Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing training and development opportunities.
**Qualifications**:- ** Education**: 4-year university degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent)- ** Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, consolidations, and reporting.
- ** Skills**: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- ** Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and other accounting standards.
- ** Attributes**: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
