**:- ** Participate in test case review to establish automation feasibility and provide feedback on test case automatability**:- ** Document testing processes, results, and defects in a clear and concise manner.
**:- ** Continuously improve automation frameworks and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
**:- ** Provide training and support to junior team members on testing methodologies and tools.
**:- ** Stay updated with the latest testing tools and automation trends to enhance the testing strategy.
**:**What are we looking for?
**:- ** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
**:- ** 3 to 5 years of experience in automation testing or software testing**:- ** Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Worksoft (Certify & Continuous Testing Manager), Selenium, QTP, or similar frameworks.
**:- ** Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
**:- ** Familiarity with business process testing across ERP modules (such as Procure-to-pay, Order-to-Cash, etc.).
**:- ** Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
**:- ** Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
