**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Lead the testing efforts for projects involving TW-Basic Config Trackwise On-prem Qumas Master Control Qualiteam and Werum Pas-x ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Oversee the development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to management highlighting areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices in testing methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics.
- Manage testing resources and timelines ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of testing processes.

- Monitor and evaluate testing tools and technologies recommending upgrades or changes as needed.

**Qualifications**- Possess a strong background in TW-Basic Config and Trackwise On-prem with proven experience in testing.
