**Your Mission**:As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the attraction, hiring and retention of top talent in line with the business strategy and our core values while ensuring diversity and inclusion.
- You will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, Onboarding Coordinators, and the Early Career & University Relations Specialist, ensuring operational excellence across all stages of the talent acquisition lifecycle—from workforce planning to onboarding.You will also act as a strategic partner to the business by identifying emerging talent trends and enhancing our employer brand across all talent segments**Role Responsibilities**:- ** Leadership and Team Management**a.
Provide direction, mentoring, and performance feedback to a high-performing team composed of Talent Acquisition Specialists, Onboarding Coordinators, and the Early Career & University Relations Specialist.b.

- ** Talent Acquisition Strategy**a.
Define and deploy an integrated talent acquisition strategy tailored to business growth plans and workforce priorities.b.
Drive innovation in sourcing, selection, and assessment processes, using data,
market insights, and technology as key enablers.c.
Promote digitization, process simplification, and agile methodologies to continuously improve speed, quality, and cost-efficiency in recruitment.
- ** Sourcing and Recruitment**a.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery for all functions and levels, ensuring compliance, timeliness, and hiring quality.b.
Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast needs, refine job profiles, and ensure a consistent selection process aligned with Epiroc's general policies.c.
Leverage multiple sourcing channels and tools, from job boards to strategic outreach, to ensure a robust and diverse talent pipeline.
- ** Onboarding Coordination**a.
Lead the onboarding coordination team responsible for preboarding logistics, documentation, IT access, and Day 1 readiness.b.
Ensure regional consistency in the onboarding process and an engaging new hire experience through close collaboration with local HR, IT, and functional managers.c.
Monitor onboarding KPIs and feedback mechanisms to improve satisfaction, reduce attrition, and increase time-to-productivity.
- ** Early Career and University Relations**a.
Create and deploy the Early Career & University Relations strategy, guiding the design and execution of programs targeting interns, apprentices, and entry-level talent.b.
Oversee university partnerships, job fairs, student engagement,
and employer branding initiatives to position Epiroc as an employer of choice among emerging talent.c.
Support the evolution of regional internship and early-career pipelines, aligning these efforts with future workforce needs and sustainability goals.a.
Drive initiatives that strengthen Epiroc's employer brand in the market, with a specific focus on career fairs and hiring events.
- ** Data Analysis and Reporting**a.
Utilize analytics to evaluate the performance of recruitment and onboarding processes, informing strategic decision-making.
- **Compliance and Diversity & Inclusion**a.
Ensure all activities meet local labor laws, global compliance standards, and ethical guidelines.b.
Champion inclusive recruitment practices that support diversity in all stages of the talent pipeline.
- **Global Alignment and Regional Implementation**a.
Translate global strategies into actionable regional plans, while representing the NASA region in global forums and initiatives.b.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Global TA, HRBPs, and business leaders to ensure consistent implementation of policies, tools, and campaigns.
**Your Expertise**:- Proven experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Assessment tools experience is a plus (PI, Alva Labs, Midot)- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
