**Responsibilities**:- The Strategy Senior Manager will report to the Strategy Group Manager and play a key role in developing initiatives and projects throughout the region.The Strategy Senior Manager will be responsible for the following:- In working with the Regional Head of Strategy and the Senior Management Team, help identify and develop regional projects that could materially improve the effectiveness and performance of the business.
- With team members, develop processes for providing ad hoc information on strategic initiatives, required by management.
- Engage and influence several teams involved in projects that lead to commercial excellence.
- Develop recommendations to advise Citi's senior management on high-priority initiatives, including growth strategy, product and segment strategies, and cross business initiatives.Qualifications:- 10+ years strategic experience preferred.
- Ideally experience working in multiple countries.




- Deep knowledge of the middle market commercial banking space and with the leading drivers of commercial excellence.
- Fundamental understanding of the drivers of value and the financial statements in a commercial bank.
- Outstanding problem structuring and analytic capabilities; ability to take a complex problem and organize it in discrete pieces for solution.Ability to size and prioritize large-scale initiatives across businesses.
- Significant experience working effectively with senior and middle level managers and with large interdisciplinary teams.
