At Apptegy, you'll lead our Content Migration team, ensuring seamless content transitions for schools while enhancing their website design.This role combines hands-on migration expertise with team leadership, fostering a positive and results-driven environment.As a working lead, you will also actively participate in content migration tasks or jump in to assist the team directly where needed, ensuring project momentum and providing hands-on support.What You'll Do:As a Content Migration Team Lead, you will:Lead Content Migration:- Oversee content migration from old platforms to Apptegy's CMS, improving website presentation and user experience.
- Ensure high-quality standards and drive process efficiency.Coach & Develop Team:- Provide regular coaching and feedback to support individual and peer growth.
- Identify strengths, encourage collaboration, and maintain high performance expectations.
