**:**This position reports to**:Production Engineering Manager**Your role and responsibilities**:**Qualifications for the role**:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical engineering.
- 2 years of experience in a related Continuous improvement function- English fluency: Able to lead technical and leadership discussions in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Lean Manufacturing Focus.
- Demonstrated ability in analyzing and solving problems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Autocad software.




- Experience in cost reduction project execution.
- Understanding on ISO**** or any other quality system.
- Understanding Power BI and SAP system.
