- Join us and become part of the power behind possible.About The OpportunityResponsabilities:- Mange the open order report (ZVOS) for contract manufacturing and OPM related to subcontractors' new orders.
- Provide purchase orders or LOI to subcontractors in a timely matter.
- Manage the capacity workload at subcontractors.
- Manage orbis corporation company code as subtracting for items manufactured in OPM- Create and assure all intercompany purchases are made on time for any subcontracting needs, as well as necessary raw materials, include the needed GR/IR.Mange VIPER as the subcontracting tool.
- Coordination with PM's, costing, and design, to assure all needs for subcontractors are meet.
- Visit subcontractors as required by the specific needs on each one.
- Assure all subcontracting metrics are in target: On time shipment and Viper accuracy.
- Create quality complaints on SAP when required.
- Support with the accuracy on the sales orders creation by validating the manufacturing and shipping location of every subcontracting related order and also verifying with the program manager.
- Keep the invoice match rate on target.
- Make subcontracting deliveries, included, but not limited to ****,****, **** company code.Mange the accuracy of transaction ME2O for stock transfers to subcontracting.
- Coordinate the Subcontracting outboard call.




- Coordinate with Plant scheduling the needs of material and any item to the subcontractors.
- Manage stocks at subcontractors, accuracy and correct booking in SAP.
- Qualiications:- Internal supplier managment- Management of production capacities of internal suppliers.
- Visits to internal suppliers.
