DiDi Global is seeking a Support Engineer for the Fintech technology operation in Mexico City.
You will monitor systems, support UAT, handle tickets, and work closely with peer teams and vendors to resolve issues.
Adecuado candidates have a bachelor's or higher in a tech field, 3+ years of customer-facing tech support or related testing, strong problem-solving skills, and fluent English.
Java experience is preferred and on-site work at the CDMX office is expected.
