***What you ́ll do***:- Lead and coordinate the S&OP; / S&OE; Capabilities processes within the region.
- Ensure alignment between planning and execution, and support decision-making through structured routines, follow-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own and lead the S&OP; and S&OE; processes within the Supply Chain organization.
- Ensure synchronization between planning and execution processes to support strategic decisions.
- Coordinate and follow up on actions derived from S&OP;/S&OE; meetings.
- Ensure meetings are scheduled, documented, and followed up appropriately.
- Bring integral initiatives and adapt them to the regional context.
- Develop and improve tools to support the S&OP;/S&OE; processes.
- Collaborate with Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and Planning teams to generate and align information.
- Interact with the Customer Service team to improve Perfect Order (POTC).
- Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
**What makes you a good fit***:- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within Supply Chain and Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Customer Service processes.
- Project Management Office (PMO) experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with SAP.
