**Client Success Advisor - GRC**We are seeking an experienced **Client**Success Advisor who will not only drive the adoption and retention of our platform but also uncover new growth opportunities for our key clients.Mode: Hybrid in Guadalajara️ Two days at home and three days in the office️ English: Advanced**What will be your mission?
**- You will **configure and**adapt our solution to perfectly meet each client's business objectives.
- You will **thoroughly** evaluate GRC needs and challenges, proposing strategic solutions.
- You will **ensure** clients understand and maximize their use of the platform, identifying and mitigating risks of low adoption.
- You will **collaborate** closely with the Product, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to continuously improve our platform based on client experience.
- You will **proactively** share the latest GRC trends and regulations, positioning yourself as an expert for our clients.
**What are we looking for in you?




**- Ability to **guide**clients toward tangible business value and build strong relationships (internal and external) to achieve it.
- Minimum **5-10**years in client-facing roles within the **legal,**audit, risk, or compliance industries.
- **Solid**understanding of the GRC domain, regulations, standards, and experience with **industry-specific** software.
- **Outstanding** skills in interacting with all levels, translating technical concepts into business language.
- **Strong** ability to analyze complex problems and create solutions that automate and generate value.
