**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead, supervise, and coordinate engineering teams (fewer than 10 members), including both in-house and outsourced resources.
- Support project installation, commissioning, and site activities by clarifying technical issues and resolving engineering errors.




- Guide project engineers and designers in translating conceptual designs into engineering documentation, including modeling, prototyping, and calculations.
**What it takes to Run what runs the world**- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably using CATIA, SolidWorks, and/or AutoCAD.
- Experience in mechanical manufacturing processes, ideally related to the steel and/or aluminum industry.
- Strong communication skills with experience interacting directly with clients and/or suppliers.
- Advanced English proficiency is needed.
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience conducting static and dynamic studies for tool testing is a plus.
- Previous experience leading engineering teams is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering completed.
