Position Overview:Responsibilities:- Define sourcing strategies based on required skills, roles and locations- Provide recruitment research, competitive intelligence and analysis- Conduct external benchmarking and talent mappings to understand competitive recruiting landscape and influence best practices with team and stakeholders- Effectively utilize ATS tools to capture metrics for all recruiting activities- Create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find top talent- Be the market knowledge expert and provide insights to recruiters and LeadersEducation and Experience:Minimum Requirements:- Minimum of 3-5 years of full cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on high-volume recruitment.
- Experience working either in a BPO or recruitment agency.




- Knowledge of labor market trends and insights into the call center industry.Preferred Skills and Competencies:- Bachelor's degree- Excellent research/sourcing skills, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with leaders- Energetic, adaptable, collaborative, and proactive; a team member who can positively and productively impact strategic and tactical initiatives- Ability to independently make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment and anticipate future needs.Ability to work independently with mínimal direction/supervision.
- Demonstrated expertise utilizing Microsoft Office, Internet recruiting tools, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Advanced internet recruiting and Boolean search string skills.
