**Key Responsibilities**- Manage and supervise all maneuvers for the entry, emptying, loading, and unloading of containers.
- Schedule appointments and pre-alerts with terminals and shipping lines to ensure a smooth operational flow.
- Monitor the performance of maneuvers, identifying and reporting incidents for prompt resolution.
- Maintain strict compliance with industrial safety protocols in all maneuvers.
- Optimize operational times and costs related to container yard management.
- Maintain constant communication with customs and traffic departments to ensure effective coordination.
**Experience**: A minimum of 3 years in similar roles, specifically in:- Warehouse or logistics management.
- Yard or containerization maneuvers management at a freight forwarder or port terminal.
- Customer service.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
**Education**:- Bachelor's or technical degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
**Technical Knowledge**:- Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems for yard operations.
- Scheduling appointments at terminals and shipping lines.




- Managing pre-alerts, EIRs, and inventories.
- Industrial safety protocols.
- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel for creating reports and KPIs.
**Soft Skills**:- Results-oriented and detail-focused.
