**Responsibilities**- Lead projects from start to closure with multi-disciplinary teams, both internal and external, using PMI & Agile methodologies- Lead complex financial evaluations to propose attractive investment projects to the company- Have exceptional budget controlling; lead bidding processes for new assets, PO submittals, Invoicing control and meet annual investment budget plan- Achieve annual productivity goals with new projects that are creative and economically feasible- Promote collaboration between different departments within the facility- Effectively communicate project expectations and status to team members and upper management- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques- Effectively manage multiple projects at the same time**Requirements**:- BA degree- 3+ years working in operations (logistics, manufacturing, quality, etc.)- Proven working experience in project management- Proven working experience in budget controlling- English Advanced- MS Office- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking- Strong communication skills- Organized, disciplined and dedicated professional- Certification / courses in PMI/Agile/SCRUM are a plus**Equal Employment Opportunity Statement****Location: Santa Catarina, Reciente Leon
