*****RESPONSIBILITIES****Provide daily support to manufacturing operations by ensuring seamless product flow through the production line, coordinating with both on-site factory personnel and the extended Center of Excellence (COE) team.
**- Creates/modifies mechanical Parts/Assemblies/drawings in CAD systems, such as Creo and/or Solid Edge.
- Create and maintain Bill of Materials and unit configurator logic to select the correct BOM's based on options selected by the customer.
- Works with Manufacturing, Service and Quality to understand their requirements to design a product that best meets all their needs.
- Assist with prototype builds by providing technical support and providing guidance when issues arise.
- Gather feedback from prototype builds and field trials and implement appropriate improvements to the product.
- Understanding the products, suggest ideas and improvements.Assists with troubleshooting of escalated or re-occurring field issues.
**QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's degree in engineering or product development with extensive experience.
- 2-4 years of mechanical design & analysis experience in a similar role- Fluency in English required (read, write, and speak).
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts, products,



and safety.
- Proficient in 3D CAD software, preferred CREO 10.0 and greater- Experience with Sheetmetal, piping and assemblies is a plus.
- Create and revise drawings and bills of materials.
- Change order management and Data-entry systems familiarity - Oracle, Agile, etc.- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve (and prevent) a wide range of problems quickly and methodically.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent planning, organizing, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to operate in cross functional general development teams.
**PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS**- Constant / Frequent Standing- The role is primarily based on a manufacturing facility, requiring regular site visits and interaction with production teams.
- Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.
- The role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer.
- Occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits.
- Work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting
