At Emerson Tool, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico.This is a unique opportunity to work with a world-class company and make a significant impact on our operations.As a Trade Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring and maintaining compliance with Mexican and American Laws, Regulations, and Regulations.Your responsibilities will include:**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:- Maintaining reports and follow-up related to imports and exports to ensure compliance with the IMMEX program.
- Reviewing internal controls, conducting gap analyses, and developing action plans to ensure compliance.
- Implementing and maintaining the necessary controls to maintain CTPAT certification and seek AEO certification.
- Supporting the development and improvement of department processes.
- Analyzing and reviewing monthly variations between the Inventory Control System and Oracle, implementing necessary improvements and coordinating corrective actions.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:University degree or equivalent experience: Preferably in foreign trade3 years of verifiable experience in trade complianceMaintain controls on certifications applicable to the company (CIVA/OEA/CTPAT) related to foreign trade80% EnglishKnowledge: Mexican and US customs laws, General Rules of Foreign TradeUSMCA, C-TPAT, and OEABill of Materials (BOM)Handling of Annex 24Global Trade XXI (Prisma), ORACLEApps Runner, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Skills: Able to manage and analyze large volumes of informationAbility to follow up and execute multiple processes and issues in the same time frame, as well as effectively prioritize**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart**:- Good knowledge of Mexican Customs Law and Foreign Trade Rules (RGCE) and other applicable import/export regulations.
- Experience obtaining and maintaining IVA and AEO certifications.
