**Join our Team**:**About this opportunity**In this position, you will play a key role in the **implementation and integration phases of the NRO process**, ensuring that customer services are delivered according to Ericsson's quality standards.You will be responsible for **integration, optimization, scripting, and coordination with suppliers**, while maintaining strong collaboration with internal and general teams.
**What you will do**- Perform **integration and optimization activities**, including scripting and site scheduling- Ensure **first-time-right implementation**, driving quality and efficiency in rollouts- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage **stakeholder relationships**:- Lead and supervise **Authorized Service Providers (ASPs)**, ensuring compliance with quality and timelines- Drive **change management and continuous improvement initiatives**:- Ensure adherence to Ericsson's standards, processes,



and safety guidelines- Support customer and supplier acceptance procedures- Provide reporting on progress, risks, and deviations**The skills you bring**- ** 2-3 years of Telecom experience** (Integration/Optimization/Scripting)- ** English: Advanced**:- Strong **soft skills**: communication, motivation, learning agility, stakeholder management, leadership- Flexibility to rotate between **Day, Late, Night shifts** (low possibility of Night shift) and provide **on-demand weekend support**:- Preferred**:Project/Implementation Management** experience and supervising suppliers (ASPs)- Desirable**:NRO process** knowledge and **RAN portfolio** understanding (5G, RBS HW)- RF background could also be considered
