**Specific Responsibilities include**:Onboarding & Customer Service- Organizing, preparing, and explaining the onboarding documents, collecting paperwork required and facilitating the onboarding process between all parties involved.
- Support the account set up process for new program participant and support the account setup process for new program participants and provide clear, solution‐focused responses to their questions.
- Ensuring all aspects of the internal tracking system are properly updated on time.
- Providing responsive, solution-based customer service to the program participants after successful onboarded, communicating issues and engaging proper parties accordingly- Following up with existing program participants to improve experience,



identify and solidify potential opportunities and prevent loss.Other Tasks:- Engage in other projects and activities as necessary to the position.
- Works closely with our Fuel & Licensing team in a variety of tasks to provide prompt and effective service to our customers.
- Other duties as required and assigned.
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in customer service and building relationships.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professional, positive, and persistent attitude and confidentiality,- Highly motivated, persistent, target driven, and willing to take initiative.
- Computer literacy and high proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage in a multi-task environment and thrive in a fast-paced business.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes, shift focus, meet deadlines, and complete time-sensitive tasks.
- Advanced command of the English language with strong written and oral communication skills.
