**Position: Supervisor**Working hours are from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a rotating day off between Saturday and Sunday.
**Responsibilities**:- Supervise and support a team, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Coordinate daily operations and schedules.
- Assist in project management and the launch of new initiatives.
- Handle administrative tasks such as report tracking, document control, and coordination of internal processes.
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Generate reports and monitor performance metrics.
**Requirements**:- Proven experience in supervisory or leadership roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
