**Job responsibilities include but not limited to**:Implements and coordinates the general and detailed (by phase) scheduling of the project /programto ensure timing consistency in executionEnsures that labor, validation, and prototype financial targets are achievedCreate / manage bulletins and bulletin responsesManages vehicle build plan and delivery to support vehicle validation requirementsManages the commercial launch plan (volumes and dates) with the brand(s),



the plant(s) and the chasing department**Basic Qualifications**:Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited or equivalent program 8 years of engineering experienceExperience in team leadership and cross-functional coordinationExperience and understanding of the vehicle cost process (SCIE / VCE)Program lifecycle experienceExperience in resident/quality engineering a plusVery strong presentational / communication skillsStrong ability to manage and direct budget mattersStrong time management skills**Preferred Qualifications**:Master of Science or Master of Business from an ABET accredited universityLeadership experience and trainingExperience in various BICEEP disciplines
