**What You Will Do**:- **To manage and optimize fixed and variable costs, ensuring efficient use of financial resources and alignment with operational objectives.
**:- **To perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and profitability improvement.
**:- **To define and monitor KPIs that measure plant performance and cost effectiveness.
**:- **To integrate EBIT management and CAPEX planning to enhance operational efficiency and return on investment.
**:- **To perform variance analysis and strengthen internal controls to ensure financial compliance and transparency.
**:- **To lead internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives focused on sustainability, process optimization, and long-term value creation within the organization.
