**About the Role**We're hiring Sales Agent (Patient Coordinators) for our Dental Service Organization (DSO) clinics in Tijuana and Los Algodones.
**What You'll Do**- Convert leads into confirmed dental bookings- Build trust through warm, helpful communication- Hit monthly sales goals and earn tiered commissions- Follow up with patients before and after appointments- Manage leads in Zoho CRM (we'll train you!)- Collaborate with marketing and partner teams**What You'll Get**- Base Salary: $1,100 USD/month- Commission: 5% on all confirmed bookings- Monthly Bonuses: $100-$1,000 for performance, attendance, and team goals- Top Performer Reward:
