**Client**:Rubenstein Law Firm**Position Title**:Intake Specialist**Location**:Chihuahua México**Shift**:Availability from Monday to Sunday (Two days off which are continuous but are selected by the operation)**In Mexico Availability from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm (the schedule will be given in this time frame)****MUST HAVE**:- **Experience: 1+ year of customer in call centers (BPO).
**:- **Languages: Bilingual (B2+ English & Spanish)**- Being the first point of the firm- Answer calls with professionalism and empathy- Document and resolve inquiries- Provide excellent client service- Pay close attention to detail- Retain and document client/provider info**Responsibilities**- Conduct consultations for potential cases- Sign up new clients electronically- Set initial clinic appointments- Process and file legal documents- Meet walk-in clients & communicate with partner firms- Data entry and case documentation**Secondary Duties**:- Collaborate with other departments- Connect clients with legal teams- Direct calls from insurance/medical providers appropriately**Qualifications**:- Multi-tasking in fast-paced environments- Organizational & tech proficiency- Microsoft Word, Outlook, DocuSign- Office equipment handling- Excellent client service skills- Calm under pressure- Empathy and sympathy for clients**BENEFITS**Rubenstein offers:- A monthly lunch hosted by the client, at a restaurant chosen by the team, which varies each month.
