- AI-Led Development: Use AI tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, troubleshooting,mindset to improve both speed and quality.
- Quality & Testing: Ensure reliability with automated tests and strong acceptance criteriadiscipline.
- Operational Ownership: Add observability, monitor health, and use data to improve systemperformance.
- CI/CD & Release: Contribute to fast, reliable build and deployment processes.
- Incident Response: Participate in on-call rotations and help improve system stability overtime.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor engineers, promote strong engineering habits, and influenceteam-wide technical decisions.What You Bring- 7+ years of relevant software engineering experience building production systems- Strong skills in backend,
