**Job Title**: Marketing Automation Specialist**Employment Type**: Full-Time**Language Requirement**: Advanced English (B2-C1 level or higher)**Position Overview**We are seeking a **proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist** to support and scale marketing automation workflows in a fast-paced, performance-driven B2B environment.This role is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing automated marketing processes to ensure efficient lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
**Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Automation Management**- Optimize marketing workflows to improve conversion rates and overall customer journey.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and performance across all automated campaigns.
**CRM Integration**- Ensure data integrity and seamless data flow between marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Monitor integrations and troubleshoot data inconsistencies affecting reporting or performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing and sales processes.
**Performance Tracking and Reporting**- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and lead conversion metrics.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve marketing ROI.
- Prepare and maintain regular performance reports related to automation initiatives.
**Optimization and Quality Assurance**- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on data and behavioral trends.
- Ensure quality control across all automation workflows and campaigns.




**Documentation and Process Management**- Document marketing workflows and processes through clear and structured standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders to standardize and scale automation processes.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation to ensure operational consistency.
**Collaboration and Accountability**- Work closely with U.S.based teams, maintaining alignment with established schedules and objectives.
- Participate in performance tracking and reporting processes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, accountability, and results-driven execution.
**Requirements & Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications**:- Approximately **2+ years of experience** in marketing automation or digital marketing operations.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as **HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools**.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
