**Location & Work Model**:- Los Cabos BC- Onsite role**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead and manage high-performing commercial teams within the real estate sector- Design and implement strategies for prospecting, follow-up, and closing sales- Recruit, train, and develop commercial advisors- Ensure the achievement of KPIs and commercial targets- Monitor business opportunities and oversee key negotiations- Foster a high-performance culture focused on results**Required Profile**:- Proven experience in commercial roles (real estate, insurance, automotive, or related industries)- Experience working with variable compensation schemes (commissions)- Strong background in team development, coaching, and leadership- Solid skills in prospecting, pipeline management, and closing sales- Proficiency in digital tools (Zoom, Teams, CRM platforms, etc.)- Strong results orientation, KPI analysis,
