from order acceptance to shipment- Serving as the point of contact for customers- Recording and monitoring safety stock levels- Managing consignment inventory- Initiating internal escalations- Recording customer complaints- Preparing reports for customers**Your qualifications**:- Completed vocational training in a commercial field, such as industrial clerk, office clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or a comparable field- Previous work experience in one of the above-mentioned areas is a plus- Ideally, an interes in technology- You enjoy working in a team and communicating with customers, manufacturers and colleagues- You have very good English and Microsoft Office skills and already have some experience with SAPIf you require further information please contact Oksana Schumacher, Recruiter, phone number **************.
