**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage pre-suit personal injury cases from intake through settlement- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies- Draft correspondence, demands,



and case documentation- Maintain accurate case files and manage deadlines- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to move cases efficiently**Required Skills & Experience**:- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)- Minimum 2+ years of Personal Injury experience (Plaintiff-side preferred)- Minimum 3+ years as a Paralegal, Case Manager, or Legal Professional- Strong understanding of U.S. personal injury processes is highly preferred- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously- High level of professionalism and attention to detail**Preferred Qualifications**:- Licensed attorney in Mexico or another jurisdiction (not required)- Experience working remotely with U.S.based law firms**Position Details**:- Full-time (40 hours per week)- Must be available during Eastern Standard Time (U.S.)- Fully remote (Mexico-based)**Application Requirements**:- Resume- Cover Letter- Desired SalaryAll inquiries will be kept strictly confidential.Pay: $25,****** - $35,****** per monthWork Location: Remote
