**Requirements**:**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business or a related field- Ability to work any shift and overtime as required- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously- Excellent oral and written communication skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite- Public Speaking Skills**Preferred Qualifications**:- 18 Months Experience in prior Manufacturing or Supervisory role- Previous experience working in a union environment
