We are currently seeking a **fully bilingual Expert in Inventory Valuation** to join our Finance team based in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
**Objective**: Provide support services for inventory valuation and closing enabling standardized operating model and streamlined controlling processes for US-Calvert facility.Maintain and develop processes under own area of expertise.
**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree/professional qualification in Finance, Economics or similar- Advanced English level (oral and written)- 3-5 years of experience in inventory costing, performing proper valuation each month end, managing BOM's, SCM's, and inventory reporting- Expert knowledge in inventory valuation and production processes,- Extensive knowledge of controlling systems and tools such SAP CO module, the execution of the material ledger, material costing, and managing the interfaces from production systems.
- Travels may be required less than 30% to US site.

**Responsibilities**:- Use system reports and inventory knowledge to maintain accurate inventory records- Support Inventory Valuation and Monthly Closing processes- Prepare monthly reports for Business Partners- Prepare and document evidence for Internal Control purposes- Review product conversions, deletions, and additions to ensure IT system consistency- Support IT Controlling processes- Deliver ad-hoc analysis as required- Perform product costing activities- Maintain and analyze planned costs- Cross functional collaboration efforts and make low risk decisions- Support projects to develop new or existing processes.Continuous development of reporting tools and system based on own experience as well as development requests from Business Controlling teams and company functions- Discussion partner for business functions and Business Controlling teams for inventory valuation and closing, functionalities and procedures.
- Ensure conformance with processes and schedules.Salary: 50,*******,730 pesos mes.
